Dani Sue Creations has changed the way I do art! I love the feeling of the reed and crafting it into existence, but that is only possible because of the keen patterns and instructions from Dani. She provides detailed instructions with pictures and sometimes even a video! If you are lucky enough to get her in person, her spirit and enthusiasm will inspire you. I highly recommend Dani as a weaver, pattern maker and instructor. Did I mention that she has the patience of a saint?

Dani is a jewel in the basket weaving world. She shows her love of people when teaching and the happiness of her students is her top priority. I look forward to her burst of creative basket patterns every other month. It has been a pleasure to get to know Dani this year!

I feel very fortunate that I have had the opportunity to take basketry classes with Danielle Anderson, owner of Dani Sue Creations. She is a storyteller at heart and her original basket designs are a product of her life stories. Weaving connects us all, but Danielle intuitively understands how to adapt her instruction to support all students—whether you are a novice or experienced weaver. Danielle is a talented artist and educator!

What can I say about Dani….she is kind and generous with her time as well as being incredibly patient while teaching weaving techniques via Zoom - a talent for sure!! She’s also hysterical which is always a good thing!
